How To Make Biscoff Overnight Oats

I really love breakfast, just as much as the next person. So I decided to create a new breakfast series that will give us all some inspiration. These breakfasts for me are similar to a “healthy dessert”, if you will. I like to create recipes that are interesting and different to what we usually have on a daily basis. How to make Biscoff overnight oats is going to be my first blog post for this breakfast series. And I am so excited to share that with you.

The best past about making overnight oats is that it can be prepared in advance. Some mornings we don’t have time to prepare a wholesome meal, so this eliminates that aspect. This allows us to start our day off on the right foot. Today we are learning how to make Biscoff overnight oats, a recipe that I love so much! It almost tastes like a Banoffee Pie because I’ve added in mashed banana as well. This recipe is gluten free but it does contain dairy. If you would like dairy free options, please do let me know. I love trying new recipes and creating content for you. I hope you enjoy this recipe, please leave me a rating and comment if you’ve tried it or would like me to make something new.

Bon Apetit,

Zorah

What ingredients can be found in this recipe?

  1. Gluten Free Oats: I like to incorporate GF recipes in my blog posts as I currently eat mostly gluten free. You can use regular rolled oats as well for this recipe.
  2. Greek Yoghurt: I find Greek yoghurt to taste amazing, but double cream and dairy free/yoghurt will work as well.
  3. Banana: Mashed banana bring the base of the oatmeal together and adds a lovely natural sweetener.
  4. Maple Syrup: I enjoy using maple syrup but you can use honey or sugar if you prefer.

Storage:

Make sure the overnight oats sets in the fridge for an hour to overnight. If you need it the next day only the oats will be softer and easier to enjoy. If you don’t need to eat as much for breakfast, you can split up the amount. I like to place mine in airtight containers and they last in the fridge for up to three days.
