My Easy Tiramisu Recipe Made Easy
During this Holy Month of Ramadan, I have decided to make a Ramadan Series. One recipe I thought really needed to be in this series, was My Easy Tiramisu Recipe. This Tiramisu recipe is made with Lady Finger Biscuits/ Boudoir biscuits that are dipped in coffee/espresso. It is the layered in a dish with a mascarpone cream in between all of these layers. This gorgeous Italian dessert is absolutely lavish and delicious. I have made this slightly bitter with a hint of sweetness, because as most of you know I am not a fan of overly sweet recipes.
I think my easy tiramisu recipe will be an amazing addition to your Iftaar table but also for Eid. The best part about making this for Eid is that it is best chilled overnight. We all know the morning of Eid can get very hectic, so being able to do this the night before will definitely save you some time. This Tiramisu recipe has only 6 ingredients and can be made in a very short amount of time. I hope you love this recipe and please leave me a comment if you try it.
Bon Appetit

How to achieve a delicious Tiramisu:
- Growing up, my favourite biscuit was the Boudoir biscuit, which is also known as Lady fingers. These are the base for any good Tiramisu recipe. Always use these fresh and unopened to make sure they don’t go stale.
- Add some sugar to the coffee mixture that you make, this ensures that the Tiramisu won’t be too bitter. I always choose a good quality espresso as this is a very important part of the recipe, so make sure to keep that in mind.
- I whisked the whipping cream by hand but you can use a stand mixer or hand beater for this part.
- Make sure to chill this dessert overnight, 3 hours will not suffice as the cream will still be too runny.

- Using a medium sized rectangular dish or trifle bowl (like I used) dip the lady fingers in the coffee and until both sides are soaked in coffee.
- Layer the base layer of lady fingers, cover with a layer of the cream and repeat this process until you reach capacity of your dish.
- Dust with cocoa powder and allow to set in the fridge for 3-6 hours.
