How To Make a Fluffy Biscoff Latte

Let’s make a fluffy Biscoff latte together!

I have been loving Biscoff lately, and I am not mad about it! It could be that Cape Town is getting quite chilly and Biscoff has a really comforting taste to it, who knows!? Anyway, this blog post is going to show you how to make a fluffy Biscoff latte from scratch. If you’re used to your morning coffee and would love a new take on it, you’re going to love this. The flavours are very warm and cozy and the coffee gives you the wake up call you need.

In this recipe I combined the classic Dalgona coffee technique with a frothed milk drink. I think these two combinations really elevated this drink and makes it so delicious! If you are not a Biscoff fan, you can substitute it for Nutella or even peanut butter, they’re both divine flavours too! I hope you enjoy this post and it manages to keep you warm and cozy throughout Winter.

A few things I needed to make my Biscoff Latte amazing!

I love using a frother to achieve a more luxurious drink, however, it is not something that you MUST use. You could always just shake your milk jug a bit to create a thicker consistency. For the Dalgona aspect, you can simply whisk together the ingredients, understandably, this may take a bit longer but it is so worth it!

Can I make mine iced?

Yes! If you would like to make an iced drink, I would suggest melting the Biscoff in the microwave first. Thereafter, you can add it to slightly warmed milk to allow it to melt together nicely. After you froth the Dalgona coffee, add your ice to it and then pour in the Biscoff milk and it will cool down perfectly.
